She is one of the very few Pediatric Cardiologists in India. She is a fellowship trained Pediatric Interventional Cardiologist. After successfully completing her medical degree from Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical college and Sion hospital, Mumbai. She did her diploma in pediatrics from Chhatrapati Shivaji Hospital, Kalwa, Thane and then went on to complete her masters degree in Pediatrics from Diplomate of National board. After her degree she did fellowship in Pediatric Cardiology from one of the oldest and prestigious high volume centre at Amrita Institute of Medical science, Kochin. She is been awarded as Gold medalist. She also has experience from renowned institute Madras Medical Misssion,Hospital, Chennai did another fellowship from there.

She has treated many patients from overseas like Nigeria, Bangladesh, Tanzania, Maldives etc. She is expertise in managing hybrid procedure like intraoperative balloon pulmonary valvotomy. She has managed more than 30 cases of such almost first time in India such were carried out and received many accolades for it including best poster in Asia Pacific Conference 2014.

She has special interest in balloon valvotomies along with routine interventions and dealing with arrhythmias, childhood systemic hypertension and fetal 2 D Echocardiography.

She is currently attached as Pediatric Interventional Cardiologist at Surana Sethia Hospital, Chembur, Bethany Hospital, Thane, Kids Heart Centre, Thane, MGM hospital, Vashi, Navi Mumbai and offer Honorary Interventional Pediatric Cardiology services, consultation and cathlab procedures at various hospital throughout Maharashtra state and country.

During her training and later, DrTrupti has been actively involved in academic activities and research and has many national and international publications. She is a member of Pediatric Cardiology Society of India and commitee member of Association of FNB Pediatric cardiologists of India.
